What does the Live symbol on some playlists mean?
Live is the term we use for a Digster playlists that we update continuously. This means you only have to subscribe to it once in Spotify. We take care of the rest.
In iTunes you can choose to buy a playlist which is Live even if it contains songs that you have already bought. iTunes makes sure you only pay for new additional tracks.
How often do you update Digster playlists?
Playlists marked with the Live symbol is normally updated once a week. This doesn’t mean all tracks are changed at the same time, but some are added and some are removed. How big the changes are depend on the type of list and who’s the editor.
Lists with numbers never change and is intended to make it easy for you to find music you liked at one time.
Other playlists are updated depending on season or the idea behind the playlist. For example a playlist with tracks from an artist’s tour could vary depending on what tracks performed on each concert.
Why are some playlists numbered?
Our numbered playlists are simply playlists part of a series, where we instead of changing the content never alter anything after creating them. This way you don’t have to risk that your favorite track has been removed just when you wanted it!
Why are some playlists black?
Playlists with black background are created by the artists themselves. Digster regards these as our most precious and interesting collections. Everybody knows that artists love music which should guarantee a great set of songs. The black playlists also give you a little peek into what inspires your favourite artists.
